1. Our Security personnel will be provided with uniform and other necessary material from our side.
2. However raincoats, gumboots, Torch Lights and stationery will be provided by the management.
3. We are responsible for the payment of salary and other fringe benefits to our Security personnel who will be working under our control.
4. We are prepared to enter into an agreement with the clients for one or more years according to mutual convenience.
5. Giving two months notice on either side could terminate an agreement.

We will submit our bills on the last day of every month and the payment may be made by cheque on or before 5^th of the following month in favour of NSB

Our charges are most reasonable and based on Minimum Wages Act and Contract Labour Act (R & A) also keeping in mind the facilities available for security personal at your premises such as canteen, living accommodation, rest room etc., and the rates could be negotiated and mutually decided upon.
